About the role

This position has an emphasis on excelling in customer service and is responsible for providing business administration support to the Public Trees Group, with the management of administration, operational activities, supporting business excellence, effective business support, record keeping, corporate reporting and managing customer requests.

The position is required to be community focused and work collaboratively with the entire Group to ensure the success of the unit.

Remuneration

$65,538.20 to $77,990.64 + 11.5% Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications 

  1. Experience providing business administration support in government community services or similar 
  2. Demonstrable knowledge and skills in contemporary office management practices.
  3. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  4. High level commitment to effective, consistent, and high quality internal and external customer service.
