As a Developer Contributions Accountant, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of financial accounting services generally and specifically in relation to developer contributions accounting processes and infrastructure funding systems in support of management to meet Council’s business needs, financial objectives and statutory reporting requirements. You will also provide accurate, timely, compliant, and transparent financial information, analysis, and advice to support informed business decision making by Financial Managers, Planning Managers, Executives and other stakeholders.

$115,542.44 to $132,031.64 + 11% Superannuation pa.
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, planning or related experience
- Knowledge and/or experience with financial reporting within a local government authority.
- Working knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, Regulations in relation to Section 7.11 and 7.12 Contributions and Planning Agreements.
- Attention to detail and process focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
