About the role

The role of OSHC Centre Co-Ordinator is responsible for the provision of a high quality outside school hours care (OSHC) service for up to 90 primary school children between 5-12 years.  As Nominated Supervisor you will ensure the service complies with all relevant requirements of the National Law and Regulations for Early Childhood Education and Care Services. You will be responsible for leading, supporting and mentoring the team to ensure that a high-quality educational program is developed, implemented and documented to meet the ‘My Time OurPlace’ school age care framework.

Remuneration

$76,252.80 pa - $85,410.00 pa + Superannuation (based on a 30-hour week)

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications 

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Primary Education (Certificate IV of School Age Education and Care/Diploma in School Age Education and Care) or OOSH at Associate Diploma level.
  2. Current first aid certificate; and completion of approved course/s in anaphylaxis and asthma Management
  3. Current working with children check and completion of an approved course in child protection.
  4. Demonstrated and considerable experience working in an outside school hours care centre working with children aged 5-12 years.
