About the role

This position works as part of a small team providing a People & Culture partnering service to a dedicated client group through advice and coaching in various people related issues and opportunities. This key role works closely with the broader P&C specialist teams whilst supporting managers, supervisors and staff and providing an exceptional high level of customer service.

Remuneration

$105,050.92 - $120,890.12 + 12% Superannuation 

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications 

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field and or relevant experience in a business partnering or P&C generalist position in a diverse organisation
• Experience in stakeholder management in a diverse organisation, including the ability to have difficult conversations with stakeholders, provide policy/Award interpretation, advice and support to staff and managers.
• Proven experience in managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively with the broader People & Culture/HR team to roll out initiatives and change processes
