As the Coordinator Road Access, you will lead a team responsible for managing third-party access to and impacts on Council-managed public land. Your role ensures the effective oversight of road occupancy, road opening, and restoration processes, achieving compliance with Council standards, fees and charges, consent conditions, and relevant legislation and regulations.
In the role, you will:
- Minimise the impact of works on other asset users and asset life cycles.
- Provide high-quality customer service in response to community requests.
- Lead a team that collaborates across Council to ensure access to public land is managed efficiently and responsibly.

$117,368.68 - $132,135.64 + Civil Liability allowance (subject to eligibility) + 12% Superannuation + Access to Motor Vehicle Leaseback
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Relevant degree in engineering or other appropriate discipline recognised by a relevant Australian professional institute.
- Sound experience in the development of public infrastructure and understanding of relevant Acts, Regulations, technical specifications and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead & motivate a team, manage staff performance and development, and a capacity to inspire and support innovative thinking.
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellence in customer service
- Current NSW Class C Drivers Licence
