The Catchment Support Officer reports to and works closely with the PRCG Coordinator and Secretariat team to develop and maintain administrative systems and provide efficient support to the Parramatta River Catchment Group. This includes to the Secretariat team on a day-to-day basis, and to the managing committees including the Senior Leadership Team and Full Group.

$40,502.59 - $48,198.07 based on 21 hours per week + 12% Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Demonstrated experience or interest in working in the environmental field.
- Qualification in business administration (or willingness to obtain) or equivalent experience ,including, including experience in the development or improvement of administration procedures.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in providing operational support to a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience in computer skills, particularly in relation to word processing, recordkeeping and other office functions using the Microsoft Office package and in the use of databases, with good keyboard/ data entry skills.
- Experience/knowledge in the preparation of business papers and taking of public meeting minutes.
