As the Customer Experience Digital Producer within the Service Transformation Team, support the implementation and administration of digital customer experience improvement strategies, programs and initiatives in support of Council’s Operational and Strategic Plans.
As a joint custodian of Council’s digital channels, contribute to improving the community’s experience in using and navigating Council’s website, delivering a high-quality digital experience for the community to enhance Council’s reputation and meet its service promise and strategic objectives.

$96,228.08 to $107,765.32 + 11% Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in social media, digital communications/marketing and/or public relations, including the manegement of customer websites or relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in updating web content through content management systems, HTML, CS and UX design
- Strong understanding of contemporary best practice in web content management, social media, communication trends and emerging digital technologies, including the use of analytics to inform digital media content
- Experience in delivering digital change initiatives and projects
