As Commercial Property Specialist you will assist in the establishment of a self-funded council for our future Community. The position will develop investment and income opportunities as part of Council’s Land & Property Strategy, detailing and forecasting comprehensive business cases, providing feasibility analysis and implementing the endorsed actions. They will work with developers on maximising community benefits through commercial agreements and Voluntary Planning Agreements.

$139,955.92 to $157,522.04 + 11% Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Appropriate tertiary qualification in land or property economics, planning, property development or similar, or demonstrated equivalent, relevant professional experience
- Experience in managing property portfolios, including the components of leases and licences, land classifications and zonings, property valuations and land sales/purchases.
- Experience in developing and implementing investment and income generating opportunities
- Demonstrated financial management and budgetary experience
