About the role

Outstanding opportunity for an organised, self-reliant and adaptable individual who thrives on providing exceptional administrative and secretarial support in a busy office environment.  This is a diverse, hands-on role which requires professionalism, interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration.

This position has an emphasis on excelling in customer service and is responsible for assisting the Director Corporate with the management of administration, operational activities, effective business support, record keeping, corporate reporting and managing customer requests.

Remuneration

$78,019.76- $88,970.44 + Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications 

  1. Certificate level qualification or equivalent in office/business administration and or relevant experience working in a similar role in a diverse organisation.
  2. Excellent skills in using office computer applications and the ability to adopt new technology.
  3. Demonstrated ability to self-manage a high and varied workload, organise priorities and meet deadlines, undertake research and work effectively in a team environment, with minimal supervision.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal, liaison and negotiation abilities including the ability to build and maintain respectful relationships with staff at all levels and with external entities.
