In the Customer Service Officer role, you’ll be the first point of contact for aquatic centre users—providing accurate information on services, programs, and activities, and ensuring every interaction is supportive and informative. You’ll work closely with customers face-to-face, responding to enquiries, capturing feedback, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

$61,783.28 - $ 68,214.64 + 12% Superannuation
