About the role

The purpose of this role is to assist the Aquatics Centre Manager in leading and managing the operations staff of the centre and to ensure all plant, equipment and facilities are maintained and operated in a good working condition to ensure a safe, clean and hygienic environment for all patrons and staff.

Remuneration

$91,316.16  -  $102,197.16 + 12% Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications 

1. Relevant qualifications in aquatic services including but not limited to Pool Lifeguard Certificate, First Aid, and Pool Operators Certificate.
2. Experience in a fast–paced high volume customer service environment
3. Strong experience in the management of safe water-based activities, including lifeguard / saver management and the management of maintenance projects.
4.  A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills
5. Proven results in positive people management, development and change management.
