As Property Project Manager you will deliver well planned and coordinated projects including capital renewal upgrades to ensure that all Council buildings are managed to maximise the benefit to Council, the community and facility users. The position will collaborate with customers, stakeholders and users to support Council’s services and meet community needs and objectives.
We are seeking 2 Property Project Managers-
- 1 permanent full-time
- 1 temporary full-time till June 2025

$104,121.16 - $123,948.76 + Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
1. Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Asset Management, Building or other related fields with project management units
2. Demonstrated experience in project management including the ability to develop, coordinate and deliver projects that meet quality, time and cost requirements and to adapt to shifting priorities and competing deadlines.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Good computer skills and proficient in the use of finance, Microsoft project and Microsoft Office suite of applications.
4. Excellent procurement, budget management, contract administration and negotiation skills High level analytical and problem solving skills with the capacity to inspire or support innovative thinking and develop workable solutions.
